By using SSA Travel & Tours services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All bookings require full or partial payment as specified. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed in writing. Payment can be made via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation fee. 15-29 days: 25% fee. 7-14 days: 50% fee. Less than 7 days: No refund. Visa fees are non-refundable.
SSA Travel assists with visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa rejection fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate documents.
We strongly recommend travel insurance. SSA Travel is not responsible for medical emergencies, trip cancellations due to personal reasons, or lost baggage.
Customers must follow all Saudi Arabian laws and religious guidelines during Umrah/Hajj. SSA Travel reserves the right to cancel services for misconduct without refund.
Your personal data is protected per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information to third parties. Data is used solely for service delivery.
SSA Travel is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by airlines, government authorities, or force majeure events including natural disasters or pandemics.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Karachi courts.
